Refund policy

Cancellation by us

We may regretfully have to cancel classes or events if we do not get enough enrolments in which case you will get a full refund. We may choose to close a course if there is a high level of non-attendance or withdrawal, in which case a proportional refund may be made.

Class Refunds

If you cannot attend a class, a full instructions video recording for the class you've missed will be sent to you for playback, so that you won't miss any of the class with the team. No refunds or credits for failure to attend classes due to any reason. 

Deposits

Deposits paid for events, retreats, workshops, tickets or performance bookings are non-refundable unless Asia Belly Dance Academy cancels due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Performances

If a performance booking client cancels more than 30 days in advance, a refund will be given, less the deposit. If the client cancels less than 30 days but more than 10 days in advance, 50% of the performance fee, less the deposit will be given. If the client cancels less than 10 days before the performance, no refund will be given.
